Each video lasts around 10 minutes with a 30 minute practice on Friday – and just like The Daily Reset – Part 1, these moves can easily be included as part of your daily routine.
“There are many reasons people do yoga and we’re going to touch on a few of them to see whether they resonate with you. Many, including myself, start doing yoga for one reason – to get flexible or to help relive back pain and as time goes on, discover a whole host of other benefits.
Physical changes are the usually first thing you notice – strength, suppleness and general fitness improve or maybe that niggly hip stops aching in the mornings. Then you are coping better with stress, have more self-awareness, inner peace/calm, a frequent feeling of wellbeing, improved sleep, you’re smiling from within and literally skipping away from class bursting with enthusiasm for life (it happens!)! Eventually, deeper energetic shifts may occur.
I am describing my own experiences. Everyone is different. On any level you choose, Yoga will take you to some degree of personal growth. It’s a continual journey of self-discovery.
