Blueberry high protein smoothie

Made with Purition Blueberry, banana, unsweetened almond milk, Greek yoghurt and a handful of frozen blueberries, this real food high protein smoothie also delivers on fibre and healthy fats. Perfect for a nourishing breakfast or post-workout fuel.

Best enjoyed outside (ideally in the sun!)

Ingredients 

  • 150ml of your favourite milk - we used unswetened almond milk.
  • ½ Banana
  • 40g Purition Blueberry (Vegan or Original)
  • Handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • A dollop of Greek yoghurt - plus a swirl on the glass, if you're feeling fancy.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Optional: add a few ice cubes for a refreshing, thicker smoothie.
  3. Blend until smooth (~45 seconds).
  4. If you're feeling fancy, decorate your glass with some Greek yoghurt and the back of a spoon.
  5. Pour and enjoy straight away!
