Made with Purition Blueberry, banana, unsweetened almond milk, Greek yoghurt and a handful of frozen blueberries, this real food high protein smoothie also delivers on fibre and healthy fats. Perfect for a nourishing breakfast or post-workout fuel.
Best enjoyed outside (ideally in the sun!)
Ingredients
- 150ml of your favourite milk - we used unswetened almond milk.
- ½ Banana
- 40g Purition Blueberry (Vegan or Original)
- Handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
- A dollop of Greek yoghurt - plus a swirl on the glass, if you're feeling fancy.
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Optional: add a few ice cubes for a refreshing, thicker smoothie.
- Blend until smooth (~45 seconds).
- If you're feeling fancy, decorate your glass with some Greek yoghurt and the back of a spoon.
- Pour and enjoy straight away!
