Ingredients
- 40g Purition Naked blend/Unflavoured
- 30-40g jumbo oats
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of poppy seeds
- 150ml of your preferred milk - we used oat for a little additional sweetness.
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon + zest
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a jar, or your preferred serving container.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and lemon zest to taste. Enjoy!

- 40g Purition Coffee & Walnut
- 40g jumbo oats
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 150ml of your preferred milk - we used oat for a little additional sweetness
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a jar, or your preferred serving container.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
