Tiramisu chia pudding

Inspired by the flavours of tiramisu, this layered chia pudding combines Purition Chocolate & Hazelnut with London Nootropics adaptogenic coffee, creamy Greek yoghurt and a dusting of cocoa powder for a breakfast that feels indulgent while delivering real whole food nutrition. Perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients
  • 40g Purition Chocolate & Hazelnut
  • 1 sachet London Nootropics' adaptogenic coffee
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 80ml milk of choice
  • 150g Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional, to taste)
How to make
  1. In a bowl, combine the sachet of Purition, London Nootropics' coffee, chia seeds and 80 ml of your favourite milk. Stir well and let the mixture sit for about 20 minutes until it thickens.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix 150g of Greek style yoghurt with 1 tsp of vanilla extract and maple syrup, if using.
  3. In a glass or jar, layer alternating the Purition and yoghurt mixture.
  4. Finish with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder if you like.
  5. Enjoy straight away or pop in the fridge for later!

Iced hazelnut mocha smoothie

Ingredients
  • 40g Purition Chocolate & Hazelnut
  • 1 sachet London Nootropics' adaptogenic coffee
  • 200-250ml of your favourite milk
  • Dollop of yoghurt (optional)
How to make
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 30-40 seconds. 
  2. Pour over ice and enjoy straight away!
