Kiwi glow-up smoothie

This is our take on Dr. Mindy Pelz's now-famous 'Kiwi Cucumber Detox Smoothie'. Made with kiwi, cucumber, lime and a serving of Purition Banana, it's packed with real ingredients that support hormone health, gut health, sleep and more. Thanks to our Wholefood Blend of 7 seeds and nuts, this smoothie is naturally rich in protein, fibre and healthy fats. Plus, with the addition of kiwi, it is naturally high in magnesium - key for energy, better sleep, and daily balance.

Nutritious, refreshing and genuinely delicious -  it's the kind of green smoothie you'll want to keep in your morning rotation! 

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 kiwis (1 for the smoothie plus 1 for decorating and eating at the end)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ¼ of a cucumber
  • 40g Purition Banana (Vegan or Original)
  • 150-200ml unsweetened almond milk

Method

  1. Quarter the kiwi and cucumber - no need to peel, just use them whole for maximum fibre and nutrients.
  2. Add to a blender with 40g of Purition Banana (Vegan or Original), almond milk and juice of half a lime.
  3. Add a few ice cubes for an extra refreshing finish.
  4. Blend until smooth (~45 seconds).
  5. If you're feeling fancy, slice up the remaining kiwi and press it inside your glass for a decorative touch - that can be enjoyed at the end!
  6. Pour and enjoy straight away!
