The ultimate zingy berry smoothie bowl! Perfect as a healthy breakfast or post-workout snack, you could also prepare this the night before, keep refrigerated and take with you for a nutritious meal on-the-go.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30g or 3 very heaped teaspoons Purition Strawberry
  • Handful of fresh or frozen berries
  • 50g Greek or coconut yoghurt
  • 50ml milk/nut milk
  • 20g rolled oats
  • ⅓ banana

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all the ingredients to blender & blend well.
  • Serve & enjoy straight away!

SWAPS & OPTIONAL EXTRAS

  • Top with a few banana slices or a handful of berries.
  • Swap the banana for a teaspoon or 2 of maple syrup.
  • Swap Purition Strawberry for Purition Blackcurrant.
