Welcome back for another week of yoga and yoga techniques to positively affect your day.
We learnt in week 1 that yoga is great for us physically. We can improve flexibility and strength and incorporate postures that help with certain aspects of life e.g. grounding postures to bring us back to earth.
They’re very simple and easy to follow and completely suitable for beginners. The idea is to pause and focus on yourself for a short time each day. This can make a real difference, especially at the moment when we’re inside more than usual and not perhaps able to do all of the things we normally do to make us happy.
If you have a yoga or gym mat, that is ideal, but you can manage without one.
