This series of yoga films, called The Daily Reset, have been created by Yoga teacher Vicki Snow. The intention is for you to learn some yoga and yoga techniques to help have a positive effect on your day. All in your own space, in your own time.
They’re very simple and easy to follow and completely suitable for beginners. The idea is to pause and focus on yourself for a short time each day. This can make a real difference, especially at the moment when we’re inside more than usual and not perhaps able to do all of the things we normally do to make us happy.
If you have a yoga or gym mat, that is ideal, but you can manage without one.
