Gemma's Pistachio, Maple, & Mango Shake

Step out of the ordinary with this fun and creative recipe provided by one of our long time customers Gemma. Banana, maple syrup - some mango maybe - and pistachio. A sweet and healthy breakfast smoothie, what's not to love?  

There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavourings or fillers in our recipes. We simply combine real food ingredients - and by that we mean seeds and nuts. The protein, natural fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals found in Purition come from real food.

Ingredients:


Pistachio Purition
(40g)

1/3 Banana
(20g)

1 tsp Maple Syrup
(6ml)

A handful of
Mango (45g)

Milk/ Nut milk
(200ml)

Method:

Need a post-workout pick me up or just a little something. This delicious smoothie is quick to make and couldn't be easier!

  • Combine ingredients in a blender.
  • Blitz until smooth. Serve.
  • Top tip! When your bananas are nice and ripe, peel, cut into thirds and pop in the freezer - perfect for adding to your smoothies!
  • Top tip! Leave out the mango if you're watching your sugar levels.
