Breakfast Protein Pancakes

If you love pancakes, you really should try these - be warned, there's no going back! You'll want these Protein Pancakes every day!

There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavourings or fillers in our recipes. We simply combine real food ingredients - and by that we mean seeds and nuts. The protein, natural fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals found in Purition come from real food.


Macadamia & Vanilla
Purition (50g)

Self Raising Flour
1 cup/ 100g)

2 Eggs

Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
(2 cups/ 360g)

Vanilla Extract
(1 tsp)

Bicarb of soda
(1 tsp)

Baking Powder
(1 tsp)


Our go to pancake recipe. So dreamy!

  • Whisk all ingredients by hand in a large bowl & allow to sit for 15 minutes.
  • On a medium heat, add a little Coconut/ Oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Add portions of pancake batter - about 12cm across.
  • Allow pancake to settle & bubble & flip to cook other side.
  • Serve with your favourite toppings - we like a dollop of cream or yoghurt, berries, banana & a sprinkle of cocoa nibs for crunch!
