How are they different to other bars? + -

Other keto bars are simply sweetened confectionary for snacking made from ultra-processed ingredients and sweeteners. Whilst the macros may be ‘keto’ on paper, in reality, they will set off cravings for more sweet foods and make it difficult to stay on track.

Hardcore keto folk carry around tins of tuna, hard-boiled eggs, sliced meat and cheese in case of emergencies, but that’s a pain and can get expensive pretty quickly if you haven’t planned ahead and find yourself in the ‘deli-counter’ of your local M&S Food Hall (we’ve all done it)!

That’s why we made KetoTHIS meal bars. They’re made with real, minimally-processed ingredients for all the convenience, but none of the fakeness. No sweeteners, no gums, no ‘chicory root extract’ aka inulin, no oligofructose or other crappy food additives containing ‘oses’, ‘ides’ or ‘oligos’, no polyols, no seed oils and no powders of any kind.

What do they taste like? + -

KetoTHIS meal bars are not sweet. They have a subtle whole food flavour and a crumbly texture from the nuts and seeds.

The flavours only come after the cocoa-butter (that’s white chocolate without the sugar to you and me) melts in your mouth. It’s a bit like the delayed flavour you get when eating 70% dark chocolate.

Will a bar fill me up? + -

Yes! A whole bar provides just under 300kcal and the whole food ingredients used are nutrient-dense and take longer to digest.

The fats in KetoTHIS bars have been shown to influence satiety and appear to regulate appetite, which can, in turn, lead to increased satiety and reduced hunger.

Do I need to be Keto to enjoy these Wholefood meal bars? + -

You don’t need to be keto or low-carb, but our bars have been specifically designed to complement and make a low-carb diet/lifestyle easier.

Please be aware that these meal bars are high in fat and are therefore extremely energy-dense and satisfying for their size. They’re not a replacement for confectionary.

All the meal bars are gluten-free, peanut-free and soy-free and 100% plant-based.
