1. Purition yoghurt bowl

In a rush? You’ll love using Purition to create a creamy yoghurt bowl. It’s super quick and easy, but full of whole food goodness to keep you feeling full for hours. No blender required!

How to make it…

Just sprinkle your chosen flavour of Purition over a serving of Greek or coconut yoghurt, grab a spoon and enjoy.

You can either leave it on top as a crunchy topping or mix it into the yoghurt for a smoother result. If you’d like to, top your bowl with a few berries, some chopped nuts or whichever healthy toppings you fancy.

We’d recommend using 40–50g Purition and 120–150g yoghurt.

2. Overnight oats

Another one for busy mornings! By adding Purition to your favourite overnight oats recipe, you can prep your brekkie the night before and have breakfast ready to go come morning.

Purition overnight oats provide slow-release energy to keep you fuelled and focused and combat those pesky mid-morning hunger pangs.

How to make it…

Just mix together 30g Purition, 40g oats and 120ml milk/nut milk in a bowl. For extra flavour, stir in a handful of fresh or frozen berries and/or a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.

Pour the mixture into a sealable jar and leave in the fridge overnight. When you’re ready to dig in, add a dollop of yoghurt and some chopped nuts on top (optional).

3. Purition energy balls

Sweet tooth? You’ll love Purition energy balls. Make a batch each week and enjoy their lovely chewy texture and natural sweetness as a healthy alternative to sugar-packed, shop-bought sweet treats.

These are also perfect for the kid’s lunch box or as a healthy energy boost whilst out on a walk or hike. They’ve got to be one of the best snacks to have on hand for easy and healthy snacking.

How to make them...

Place 40g Purition, 1 cup pitted dates and 1 cup unsalted nuts in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped and well combined. Add a tablespoon of melted coconut oil, or a splash of nut milk, to bring the mixture together.

Roll into balls and chill in the fridge. Once chilled, sprinkle with desiccated coconut, crushed nuts or melted chocolate (optional). Keep in the fridge.

4. Purition instant porridge

Fancy something warm? Cosy up with a bowl of instant Purition porridge! It’s low-carb, high in protein, fibre and healthy fats and ready in seconds—no cooking or blending required!

We’ve found that this serving suggestion works best with our chocolatey flavours, but feel free to try it with any… and let us know how it goes!

How to make it…

Take 40–50g of Purition, add a splash of hot boiled water or warm milk and mix well. If you’d like a thinner porridge, add a little more water or milk until you hit that sweet spot.

Finish by adding a light sprinkling of healthy toppings, such as nuts or berries, if you’d like.

5. Purition protein porridge

Porridge lover? Try adding Purition to your morning porridge bowl for a blender-free brekkie.

Adding Purition to your porridge provides a more balanced macronutrient ratio of fibre, healthy fats, protein and slow-release carbohydrates. This means you’ll stay fuelled and fuller for longer, which in turn, can help you to maintain a healthy weight.

How to make them...

Make your oats with 30g oats and 150ml milk or nut milk, or as you normally would. Once heated, stir through 20—40g of your favourite Purition flavour and serve immediately.

If you’d like to, stir in some berries, a spoon of yoghurt or a drizzle of honey to make it extra creamy and delicious!

Alternatively, mix Purition with some water to make a thick paste, before stirring into cooked porridge.

6. Purition protein pancakes

7. Use a shaker

The longer you leave it the thicker it gets. If you do this, give it another quick shake immediately before you drink it.

Be aware, shaking Purition has a completely different texture when prepared this way – much thinner, with a delicious and nutritious nutty crunch at the end!

You can use any kind of protein or cocktail shaker.
