You should, ideally, drink your Purition immediately.
Once blended with your chosen milk/dairy-free alternative, your shake will continue to thicken due to the high fibre content. If left for a few hours, it'll become too thick and might even require a spoon to eat.
Need to make your Purition in advance? Try mixing with 125g Greek or coconut yoghurt or making overnight oats. Store in the fridge and dig in whenever you're ready.
