Made with creamy freeze-dried bananas

One medium banana packs in around 29g of carbohydrates, including 15g sugar.

While otherwise a perfectly healthy fruit, carb and sugar-heavy bananas aren’t always the best choice if you’re trying to manage your weight, control your sugar intake or follow a low-carb diet.

Bursting with healthy fats from seeds and nuts, naturally occurring vitamins & minerals and a healthy dose of gut-loving fibre, it’s a small but nutritious meal or snack when time is short.

Made using nourishing and ethically sourced ingredients from nature, our banana-bursting blend contains 100% real food and absolutely nothing else.

Banana serving suggestions

Creamy banana shake: Blend 200ml milk with 40g Banana for 30 seconds. Add ice for a cooler, creamier shake.

Easy yoghurt bowl: Stir 40g Banana into 150g yoghurt and top with a few banana slices.

Chia & banana pudding: Mix 150g yoghurt with 2 tbsp chia seeds and 20g Banana. Put in a jar, seal and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add your favourite toppings and dig in.

Banana smoothie bowl: Pulse 50g yoghurt, 50ml of your favourite milk and 40g Banana in a blender. Pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings.
