The story about why Keto porridge.
“One of my favourite things in life is a bowl of porridge in the morning, especially when it’s cold outside. I used to make it half water and half milk, served with a teaspoon of dark Muscovado sugar in the middle and some cold milk round the outside – heaven! However the enormous carb-loaded bowl of porridge didn’t suit my low-carb lifestyle and so, I’ve done without for the past 5 or 6 years. It’s true that you can use Purition as a porridge, but it didn’t quite hit the creamy spot I was craving, so I persuaded the team to help me make a low carb bowl of porridge that did the trick.
