FitFest 2019 Food

£15 - ALL DAY PASS (16+)

Access to over 60 sessions, multiple stages, workshops and talks.

Shrewsbury’s first Fitness Festival takes place outdoors at Shrewsbury College, London Road SY2 6PR on Saturday 6th July.

The Festival starts at 9am with a Body Combat Master Class on the main stage, followed by a full itinerary of classes to try across multiple areas on the infield of the athletics track.

HIIT Training, Crossfit, dedicated Yoga space, Wellness area, knowledge Hub plus a whole host of demo and taster sessions until 5pm.

Healthy food, great coffee and perhaps a drink or two in the sun!

16 years+
