Other ideas for your Chia…

Chia seeds make great additions to your cooking and baking. You can use them to thicken a sauce, soup or stew after it is already cooked. Just let these tiny seeds soak, as they will absorb 10-12 times their own weight in water.
Or how about jazzing up your favourite breakfast recipes. You can try adding chia seeds to overnight oats, homemade bircher or porridge.
There are lots of dishes you can prepare with chia seeds that don’t need any cooking at all. Chia seeds form a gel when soaked in water or juice, so they are a great healthy addition to jams and jellies. Or try them in apple juice to make tasty “frogspawn” for curious kids!
