So, so easy to make, and really quick to throw together too! Make a batch, then split it in two, leaving one batch plain and add some grated Parmesan and chopped fresh rosemary to the other - A really tasty little snack!
You could also use these as 'croutons' on homemade spicy pumpkin soup, now there's an idea . . . Ooo feeling autumn in the air! No, too soon...we at Purition are still feeling the summer vibe.
All in one method:
Whizz all ingredients in a food processor until thoroughly combined (adding a little water to bring together if necessary). Press the mix out firmly into a tin (about 0.5/1cm thick) and pre-cut squares before baking. Bake 150C for 30 minutes, check and then bake some more if necessary until the tops have some colour. Leave to cool in tin for 5 minutes before turning out. Keep in an air tight container any enjoy!
