Super Strawberry Protein Shake

It's amazing what a handful of strawberries and a little frozen banana can do to your zero-sugar healthy breakfast smoothie. Super simple and simply the best!

There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavourings or fillers in our recipes. We simply combine real food ingredients - and by that we mean seeds and nuts. The protein, natural fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals found in Purition come from real food.

Ingredients:


Strawberry Purition
(40g)

Milk/ Nut milk
(200ml)

Handful of Strawberries
(40g)

1/3 of Banana
(20g)

Method:

This sizzling summer smoothie is a great source of vitamins, minerals and is high in fibre. Plus it only takes seconds to prepare!

  • Combine all ingredients in the blender and blitz until smooth.
  • For a super chilled shake, add some ice or use frozen fruits.
  • Top tip! When your bananas are nice and ripe, peel them and cut into thirds - pop in the freezer to use in your healthy breakfast smoothie recipes.
