There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavourings or fillers in our recipes. We simply combine real food ingredients - and by that we mean seeds and nuts. The protein, natural fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals found in Purition come from real food.

Ingredients:


Strawberry Purition
(20g)

Rolled Oats
(20g)

Blueberries
(40g)

Strawberries
(40g)

Milk/ Nut Milk
(120ml)

Method:

A healthy breakfast that's filling too. Let's get your day started!

  • Simply heat the oats and your desired milk to make porridge.
  • Once heated, stir through the Purition and half of the berries.
  • Decorate with the remaining berries!
