We are proud to be supporting SportsMind Ireland again this year, a series of events aimed at getting the Irish sporting and fitness community together to raise awareness and encourage conversation around Mental Health.
At Purition, we strongly believe that what we eat effects both our physical health and our mental health – we want to help people eat well so they can look great and feel better for it. Every mind matters and that’s why there’s no question for us supporting SportsMind2019 which aspires to promote both physical and mental wellbeing among men and women.

SportsMind will be bringing together a variety of different speakers, from fitness advocates to athletes, who will be sharing their own experiences and discussing how exercise has helped them for the better.
