Protein iced coffee
Blend
40g Purition Coffee & Walnut
200ml of your favourite milk
1 teaspoon of coffee
A handful of ice




Wednesday
Creamy banana shake
Blend:
40g Macadamia & Vanilla Purition
200ml of milk or milk alternative
1/4 frozen banana






Thursday
Crunchy pistachio yoghurt
Mix:
40g of Pistachio Purition
125ml of greek yoghurt or yoghurt alternative
Top with honey or maple syrup
Friday
Blueberry-choc smoothie
Blend:
20g Macadamia & Vanilla Purition
20g Chocolate (Cocoa) Purition
200ml of milk or milk alternative
10–15 blueberries
