Be kind to yourself and your gut with a filling and oh so good for you banana, blueberry and mango breakfast shake. Full of the good stuff – this healthy smoothie’s a real powerhouse!

INGREDIENTS

  • 40g or 4 very heaped teaspoons Purition Coconut
  • ⅓ banana
  • Handful of berries
  • Handful of mango
  • 250ml milk/nut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blitz until smooth.

EXTRA TIPS & SWAPS

  • Use frozen fruits if you like a thicker, colder smoothie.
  • No Purition Coconut? Try it with Banana or Vanilla instead!
