Move over bananas, turns out it’s all about cauliflower!
Well, it is according to wellness expert Lily Kunin, who likes to sub in this low-sugar vegetable when making a smoothie “It tastes delicious and makes your smoothie creamy”.
What’s more cauliflower also has the potential to help your skin stay healthy and happy. “Cruciferous vegetables kind of help sweep excess oestrogen out of your system” says Kunin who explains that excess oestrogen can be the cause of hormonal acne.
