In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Add the wet olive oil and egg whites to the dry mix and mix well. Then add the warm water - you may need more or less than listed, so add it gradually until you get a dough. Kneed the dough for 5 minutes, place in a loaf tin and bake in the oven for around 45 minutes at 180
Wait for the loaf to cool and then cut in to slices
Process all the ingredients together until smooth and pour in to a loaf tin. Bake at 170 for 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cut in to slices and enjoy
Mix together all ingredients until they form a dough. Divide the mixture in to 12 cookies and place on to a sprayed baking tray. Bake in the over for 15-20 minutes at 170 until they are cooked through but still slightly soft in the middle.
Allow to cool and enjoy
