
Purition Pistachio Bread
Ingredients
- 130g of Pistachio Purition
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs
- salt and pepper
- 100g flour
- 5 egg whites, whisked
- 7g of yeast
- 200ml of warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil (we used basil infused for extra flavour)
Method
In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Add the wet olive oil and egg whites to the dry mix and mix well. Then add the warm water – you may need more or less than listed, so add it gradually until you get a dough. Kneed the dough for 5 minutes, place in a loaf tin and bake in the oven for around 45 minutes at 180
Wait for the loaf to cool and then cut in to slices
Purition lemon cake
Ingredients
- 4oz ground almonds
- 2oz Vanilla Purition
- 1.5 tbsp coconut flour
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 3oz stevia
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3oz coconut oil, melted
Method
Process all the ingredients together until smooth and pour in to a loaf tin. Bake at 170 for 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cut in to slices and enjoy
Chocolate Chip Purition Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3oz Purition Chocolate
- 1oz unsweetened cocoa
- 2oz coconut flour
- 2oz flaked coconut
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 fl oz milk (of your choice)
- 2oz sugar free dark chocolate chips
Method
Mix together all ingredients until they form a dough. Divide the mixture in to 12 cookies and place on to a sprayed baking tray. Bake in the over for 15-20 minutes at 170 until they are cooked through but still slightly soft in the middle.
Allow to cool and enjoy
