Dairy Free Vegan Banana Pancake Recipe

Not just for Pancake Day, but a great recipe for breakfast (or anytime meal) at any time of the year - Give our simple diary free vegan pancakes a try!

Pancake Ingredients:

2 x red scoops of Purition

4 x red scoops Oats

1 large / 2 small very ripe mashed Banana/s



Blitz the oats in the bullet to make smooth-ish oat flour

Add 2 scoops Purition + oat flour to a bowl

Add enough mashed ripe banana to bring the mixture together - if too dry add a splash of nut milk, to loosen the mix

Melt a little (coconut) oil to a pan on a medium heat

Add blobs of mixture to form pancakes

Allow pancake to cook on low-medium heat, flip to cook the other side


Optional serving suggestion:

Serve with coconut yoghurt, walnuts, figs, maple syrup
