To celebrate the end of a fantastic blackberry harvest and just before we freeze the last of this years crop for use over winter we thought we’d share a simple smoothie recipe with you.
Blackberry & Almond Breakfast Smoothie
What you’ll need:
- Purition Almond whole food protein shake
- Almond milk (250ml)
- Blackberries (1 punnet)
How it’s made:
Simply blend a handful of fresh or frozen blackberries with 40g of Almond Purition and 250 ml of almond milk. Try this warm. Tastes likes a crumble topping!
Add a shot of coffee, for a pre-workout caffeine kick. Add a handful (or two) curly kale to celebrate the last of the summer fruits and first of the winter veg.
Real food. Good for you.
