Be kind to yourself and your gut with a filling and oh so good for you banana, blueberry and mango breakfast shake. Full of the good stuff - this healthy smoothie's a real powerhouse!

There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavourings or fillers in our recipes. We simply combine real food ingredients - and by that we mean seeds and nuts. The protein, natural fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals found in Purition come from real food.

Ingredients:


Coconut Purition
(40g)

1/3 Banana
(20g)

A handful of
Blueberries (40g)
 

A handful of
Mango (45g)

Milk/ Nut Milk
(250ml)

Method:

Our gut friendly smoothie couldn't be easier and it's super delicious too!

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blitz until smooth.
  • Top Tip! Use frozen fruits if you like a thicker and more chilled smoothie.
